The Russian Federation is conducting a rotation in the Bakhmut sector and replacing the Wagnerites with units that have already suffered heavy losses.
This was stated by the spokesman for the Eastern Group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Serhiy Cherevaty, during a telethon.
"Rotational exercises are taking place in Bakhmut due to the heavy losses of the Wagner criminal group. They are forced to do so. It includes units of the occupier's airborne troops and motorized rifle units. We know their names, their commanders, and their combat potential," said Cherevaty.
According to the speaker, these units have already suffered significant losses in the war. In this regard, they have been supplemented with mobilized personnel.
"For the most part, these are the second or third members of their personnel," said Cherevaty.-
He added that Ukrainian troops are also conducting "reorganization activities and other combat activities."
