Lithuanian military starts training with FPV drones

The Lithuanian Armed Forces have launched the first training course for instructors on the use of FPV drones.

This is reported by LRT.

About ten soldiers are taking part in a two-week course to become instructors.

Then they will return to their units and teach other soldiers how to use FPV drones.

The training is based on Ukraine's experience in using low-cost drones, which cost only a few hundred euros to assemble, to engage military targets, including tanks.

Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Lithuania has been paying more attention to the development of the use of drones in combat operations.
