May 31, 2023

The drones that massively attacked the Russian capital in the morning were made in China and came from the east of the Moscow Region. This was reported on May 30 by the international intelligence community InformNapalm.

Earlier, REAL also suggested that the whole attack looks like an operation by Russia's special services. The goal on the surface is to try to present to the public that there is no alternative to continuing the war. They say that we need to unite and fight as a country against Ukraine, which is now attacking Moscow. It's like the bombings of residential buildings in Russia, which were carried out by the FSB to elect Putin president at the beginning of his political career.

Plus, it's not clear why Ukraine would attack residential neighborhoods - we're not Russia and by definition, we don't engage in terrorism. Moreover, it does not allow us to count on any results in the context of liberating Ukraine.

We should add that, in addition to Russia's special services, the attack could have been organized by some internal opposition forces, although this is less likely.

"The ownership of the UAVs that arrived in Moscow in the morning has been established. They are Chinese and came from the eastern part of the Moscow region," InformNapalm said in a Telegram message.

The Nashestvennoe Vremya publication published a preliminary list of places that were allegedly attacked by drones, compiled by United Russia MP Alexander Khinstein. According to him, these are the settlements of Ilyinskoye, Timoshkino, Rozdory, Romashkovo and Greenfield.
