This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Reuters.

An unnamed NATO official told a briefing that for a large-scale offensive, Russia would need to secure significant supplies of ammunition from other countries beyond what is already available.

"What we see today is still very high Russian losses. Russia is trying to regain territory. We see that Ukraine's defense has improved significantly," he added.

According to the NATO official, Russia will be able to maintain its military economy for another three to four years.

He also added that it will take “some time” before Ukraine can gather the ammunition and manpower needed to conduct large-scale offensive operations.

"We see that they are improving every day," he added.
