This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the National Resistance Center.

"It is at the age of 14 that the Russian Federation gives out its waste paper to children. However, not all children apply for the red paper, which does not give any privileges in the civilized world. Therefore, the enemy resorts to coercion," the statement reads.

It is noted that passportization is necessary for the occupation administrations to avoid problems. Because the Kremlin is not satisfied with the pace of Russian citizenship in the regions.

"Therefore, the occupiers are in a hurry to issue their waste paper," the statement said.
