After the US Congress approved $60 billion in aid to Ukraine in April 2024, the United States delivered 83% of the promised ammunition and 67% of air defense funds to Kyiv.
This was stated by US Department of Defense spokesman Patrick Ryder, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing a briefing at the Pentagon.
“Since receiving the supplemental document, we have spent nearly $3.7 billion on equipment from the Department of Defense's stockpile during 12 PDA withdrawals (from the Pentagon's stockpile - ed.), which were announced between late April and mid-October,” he said.

“Additionally, by the middle of last month, we had delivered 83% of the critical munitions we had committed to deliver from stockpiles to Ukraine, including 155mm artillery rounds, GMLR, Patriot, NASAMS, missiles, and more,” Rye said.-
The Pentagon spokesman said 67 percent of other critical air defense commitments, including Stinger and Hawk missiles, and 60 percent of firepower, including small diameter bombs and 105mm ammunition, have been fulfilled.
“We have delivered hundreds of thousands of artillery rounds, thousands of armored vehicles, thousands of HIMARS and anti-tank ammunition, dozens of artillery systems, significant air defense capabilities including the Patriot battery, hundreds of interceptors and dozens of other systems,” he said.-
