Putin arrives in North Korea to meet with Kim Jong-un

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has arrived in North Korea for talks with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, the last time they met was in 2000.

Details: The Kremlin leader's plane is reported to have landed at Pyongyang airport, where he is met by Kim Jong-un.
Propagandists inform that the dictators began to communicate immediately after the meeting.
