Putin threatens South Korea over decision to provide weapons to Ukraine

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has said that it would be a "very big mistake" for South Korea to provide lethal weapons to Ukraine. Seoul promised to consider such a possibility after North Korea and Russia signed an agreement providing for mutual assistance in case of "aggression" against one of the countries.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Yonhap.

"As for the supply of lethal weapons to the war zone in Ukraine, it would be a very big mistake. I hope this will not happen. If it does, then we will also make appropriate decisions, which the current leadership of the South is unlikely to be happy about," Putin said at a press conference in Hanoi.
