Rashists continue to attack Marinka but suffer heavy losses

The Tauride Defense Forces said that Russian troops continue to attempt to attack Maryinka.

This was reported by the spokesman of the joint press center of the Tauride Defense Forces Oleksandr Stupun during a telethon.

"Over the last day, the enemy conducted 21 air strikes, fought 19 combat engagements, and fired 819 times from tanks and artillery. In the area of responsibility of the Tavria Brigade, in particular, in the vicinity of Maryinka, the occupants made more than 10 unsuccessful attempts to force our units out of their positions. In the Melitopol sector, the enemy also conducted unsuccessful offensives near Robotyno in Zaporizhzhia, trying to regain lost ground. The invaders received a tough rebuff, we are continuing the offensive," informed Stupun.

At the same time, the spokesman emphasized, that enemy losses are increasing. On the last day, 293 persons were eliminated in the Tavrian sector, and 4 occupants surrendered. Moreover, 47 units of enemy military equipment were destroyed, including 9 armored personnel carriers, 11 artillery systems, 20 drones, 7 vehicles, and 2 special vehicles.
