On the night of April 11, Russia fired 40 missiles and about 40 drones at Ukraine. Some of the missiles and drones were shot down.
This is reported with reference to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on Telegram.
"Russian terrorists again targeted critical infrastructure. There was another vile missile attack on Kharkiv and Kharkiv region. Objects in other regions were also targeted: Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, and Lviv regions," he said.
Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine's neighbors and partners see how critical the need for air defense is. The Head of State said that Ukraine needs air defense equipment and other defense support, and "not turning a blind eye and long discussions".
"It is here, right now, with our opportunity to overcome Russian terror that the world can prove that everyone equally perceives terror as a crime. If Russia is allowed to continue to do so, if Russian missiles and Shaheds hit not only Ukraine but also the resolve of its partners, this will be a global license for terror," Zelensky emphasized.-
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, 57 air targets were destroyed as a result of the air battle:
As a reminder, last night, the Russian invaders once again attacked Ukraine with kamikaze drones and missiles of various types. In particular, the occupiers launched Kinzhal missiles. According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they flew to the west of Ukraine.
Kharkiv, Lviv, Kyiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, and other regions of Ukraine were under enemy attack.
