Russia is not going to stop but is preparing an arms rac

The Russian Federation is not going to stop in its plans to destabilize the situation in the world. Moscow wants to start an arms race.

This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, RBC-Ukraine reports regarding his address.

"Everyone sees that Russia is not going to stop. They, in Moscow, want both an arms race and new waves of destabilization. All of us in Europe should be clearly aware of this," Zelenskyy said.

He noted that if "someone's freedom falls", then all the rest will not be able to withstand the Russian invasion either.

"This is the reality. We have to defend ourselves. And we can defend ourselves. We must achieve our common goals," the president emphasized.
