Russia is targeting Ukraine's energy infrastructure with drones. The occupiers are trying to save missiles.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, on Telegram.
“Russia is targeting energy infrastructure in the regions with Shaheds to save missiles that it is accumulating at strategic aviation airfields,” he said.
As Kovalenko explained, the rate of missile production does not allow Russia to wage an intensive war with their constant use. Instead, the Shaheds are a cheaper tool, although the efficiency of the drones is more suitable for terrorizing civilians than for using them for their intended purposes.
The head of the CPD added that the efficiency of Shaheds is about 10%.
