Russians morally exhausted by expecting of Ukrainian counteroffensive

There are signs that the occupiers are morally exhausted by the long wait for the Ukrainian counteroffensive and are panicking.

This was reported by Nataliia Humeniuk, head of the Joint Press Center of the Operational Command "South," on the air of the "United News" telethon, Ukrinform reports.

"The Russian troops do not know in which direction our counteroffensive will take place and keep 450 km of the frontline in our area of responsibility in constant tension. In addition, the occupiers are seriously concerned that our actions and propaganda are reaching the deep rear in Crimea. We are constantly observing their maneuvers: the Russians are nervous and do not stay in one particular place, and are constantly strengthening their defenses, in some cases resorting to desertion. This all indicates their moral and psychological fragility," she emphasized.

According to her, the enemy continues to use terrorist tactics of night attacks. Last night the invaders struck a powerful blow at residential areas of Kherson with mortars and incendiary shells.

In addition, according to the speaker, Russian terrorists are shelling Mykolaiv region, trying to prevent it from participating in the grain agreement.

"They follow their tactics, shelling the sea routes at least once a day. From time to time they resort to shelling Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities from the Kinburn Spit," she said.
