Russians strike in the Donetsk region, killing three people

Despite the Peace Summit, which is taking place in Switzerland today, the Russian army does not stop committing new crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine. This was reported by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets.

Today, the enemy fired twice at the village of Ulakly in Volnovakha district, Donetsk region, using a multiple rocket launcher system with banned cluster munitions. As a result of this attack, three civilians were killed and five other locals were injured. In addition to human casualties, the occupants damaged a civilian medical facility, a school, and residential buildings.

"Today, more than ever, it is important to show the world community that the enemy must be punished! His actions are aimed at killing civilians. If the aggressor country is not stopped now, the number of crimes will increase every day!" emphasized the Ombudsman.

Mr. Lubinets emphasized that the Peace Summit is working to find solutions to this problem. Ukraine needs concrete steps and decisions from the international community to protect the lives of civilians and bring the aggressor to justice for its crimes.

"After all, the world must ultimately choose whether we have the right of force or a civilization with rights," he concluded.
