According to ISW analysts, Russian troops are moving the logistics centers of the Black Sea Fleet from Sevastopol to Novorossiysk in the Krasnodar Krai. The occupiers are moving the logistics centers because of massive problems with logistics and ammunition in the occupied Crimea.

Russian amphibious assault ships continue to maneuver in the Black Sea and enter Sevastopol, but the vector of their basing seems to be shifting towards Novorossiysk.

Recent strikes on Russian concentration areas, logistics hubs, and transportation facilities in southern Ukraine have also raised security concerns for the Black Sea Fleet, and this most likely reflects the ships' movement to Krasnodar Krai.
