State Duma proposes to hold mobilization in a new format

The Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapolov, has called for a new format of mobilization in Russia. He said this in a commentary on the propaganda media.
According to him, "The situation is not easy". In this regard, he said that mobilization is needed "to consolidate Russian society."
"We need to mobilize society so that people understand that the situation is not easy. We need everyone in their places to do what they have to do. Those who are supposed to defend our homeland with arms in their hands, and those who have other functions should fulfill their functions 100%. This concerns, first of all, the social consciousness of our people. We want people to stop thinking that everything is fine. Yes, it is indeed a difficult period," Kartapolov said.
Against this backdrop, the Russian Defense Ministry has prepared a draft decree according to which Russians will be notified of mobilization calls via SMS. Kartapolov assured that the sending of SMS messages is not connected with further mobilization.
