Taiwan could have rearmed Ukraine's air defense system. Kyiv could receive a powerful batch of HAWK anti-aircraft missile battery systems from Taipei.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Forbes.
Military observer David Axe explained that former Pentagon official Tony Hu, in a commentary on the RJ War Room YouTube channel, probably confirmed last year's reports that hinted at a US-mediated air defense agreement between Taiwan and Ukraine.
According to this information, the outlet believes that Taiwan's MIM-23 HAWK missiles, as well as their launchers and radars, will complement those already provided to Ukraine by the United States and Spain.
In total, Ukraine can currently deploy up to 15 Raytheon HAWK batteries, each with at least six launchers with three missiles and associated radars, Forbes states.
