Terrorist Strelkov decides to run for president of the RF

Russian terrorist Igor Strelkov, who was convicted by the Hague court of involvement in the downing of passenger flight MH17 over Donbas, has decided to run for president of Russia.

RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to the Russian portal SOTA.

According to SOTA, the terrorist did not announce his candidacy for the presidency himself, but through his representative, Oleg Nelzin, co-chairman of the Russian Movement for Strelkov. Strelkov could not do it himself, as he is in jail for criticizing Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

Thus, at a press conference in support of the terrorist, Nelzin read a letter written by Strelkov in the detention center. The letter stated that Strelkov would run for president of Russia in the 2024 elections.
