The EU will start accession talks with Ukraine in June

The EU ambassadors approved the negotiation framework for Ukraine's accession to the bloc. Negotiations will begin on June 25.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing Radio Liberty correspondent Rikard Jozwiak on Twitter and the Belgian EU Presidency on Twitter.
"Hungary is no longer blocking the negotiation framework for Ukraine and, accordingly, Moldova. The compromise text has been agreed upon. Now, Ukraine and Moldova should officially start negotiations on accession to the European Union on June 25," Josviak wrote.
The Belgian Presidency of the EU confirmed that the ambassadors of the member states supported the framework of negotiations on the accession of Ukraine and Moldova to the bloc.
"The Belgian presidency will convene the first intergovernmental conferences on June 25," the statement said.-
Such conferences mean the actual start of accession talks.
