The occupiers launched more than 20 Shaheds in Ukraine last night

On the night of June 19, Russian invaders used more than twenty Shahed-type attack drones to launch an air attack on the territory of Ukraine. Most of the enemy targets were shot down by the Armed Forces of Ukraine's air defense system.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the post of the Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk on Telegram.


It is specified that the aggressor used a total of 21 attack drones for this night attack. The enemy launched the kamikaze drones at Ukraine from the directions of Russian Primorsko-Akhtarsk and from Cape Chauda in the occupied Crimea.

It is noted that as a result of combat operations, 19 enemy attack UAVs of the "Shahed" type were shot down.

"The air attack was repelled by fighter aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units and electronic warfare of the Air Force, mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces," the general said.
