There may still be people under the rubble in Kyiv

There may still be people under the rubble at two locations in Kyiv after the massive shelling on July 8.

This was stated by the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration Mykola Povoroznyk, RBC-Ukraine reports citing Radio Liberty.

"At the moment, there is no such understanding. We will be able to give an accurate answer to this question (whether there are people under the rubble - ed.) after the search and rescue operation is completed. There may be people under the rubble, yes," he said.

Currently, rescue and search operations continue in two locations - Okhmatdyt and a house in Shevchenkivskyi district.
