Between 1 January and 27 March, the German government approved the export of military goods worth at least €4.89 billion - almost three quarters of this amount, 72% or €3.54 billion, is intended for Ukraine,

In the first year of Russia's full-scale war, in 2022, Germany approved the supply of weapons worth €2.24 billion to Ukraine, including air defense systems and heavy artillery.
In 2023, Leopard 2 main battle tanks were added to the list. The volume of export licenses for Ukraine increased to €4.4 billion.
In the first three months of 2024, exports have already reached €3.54 billion.
Singapore became the largest recipient country after Ukraine (583.9 million euros).
