Ukraine and the EU have signed a loan agreement to Ukraine Facility

Ukraine and the European Union have concluded a credit agreement within the Ukraine Facility. The document was signed by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Serhii Marchenko and the head of the National Bank, Andriy Pyshny.

According to the NBU, the loan agreement allows Ukraine to attract, in 2024 - 2027 to 27 billion euros to support the state budget of the country from a total volume of 50 billion euros of EU tools Ukraine Facility.

"The funds received under this Agreement will provide predictable and flexible support for our country, adapted to unprecedented challenges caused by the war with Russia," the bank's press service said.

In addition, in the near future, after the entry into force of this Agreement, Ukraine will also receive from the EU 1.9 billion euros of unconditional financing.
