Ukraine convenes an emergency meeting with NATO next week. The participants will discuss Russia's use of a new ballistic missile.

The publication, citing diplomatic sources, notes that a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council will be held on Tuesday, November 26, at the ambassadorial level.

According to AFP's interlocutors, the meeting was convened by Ukraine after a new Russian ballistic missile struck the city of Dnipro.
