Ukraine returns 12 children from the occupied Kherson region

Ukraine has returned 12 children from the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region, one child is deprived of parental care. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, three boys and nine girls were taken out of the occupied territories. All children are aged 2 to 17 years old, and one of them is deprived of parental care.

Prokudin noted that the Save Ukraine charity organization worked to rescue the children. In total, since the beginning of 2024, 120 children from the occupied Kherson region have been returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine.

"The Save Ukraine charitable organization was working to rescue the children. It is thanks to its hard work that children and their parents are on free land and safe. They are being assisted by specialists," Prokudin added.

Since the beginning of 2024 alone, 120 children from the Kherson region have been returned to the government-controlled territory.
