This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Office of the President.

On behalf of Ukraine, the agreement was signed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and on behalf of Luxembourg, by Prime Minister Luc Frieden.

In particular, the agreement recognizes that Ukraine and the whole of Europe will not be safe until there is a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace that respects Ukraine's rights under international law and, in particular, the UN Charter.

The agreement states that the parties will work to ensure that the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine are capable of defending Ukraine now and in the future. At the same time, Luxembourg will continue to provide military support to Ukraine, both in the land, air, and cyber-electromagnetic domains.

Luxembourg will continue to provide long-term support in terms of equipment and training, including training of trainers and exercises for the Ukrainian Security and Defense Forces within the framework of the EU Mission.
