Zelensky: We did not achieve what we wanted, but we are not retreating

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy admitted that the long-awaited counteroffensive in the summer and fall did not bring the expected breakthroughs, but stressed that Ukraine is not retreating and that it needs help in increasing domestic arms production.
