Borrell: Zelenskyy will present a victory plan at the EU summit

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will speak at the EU summit on October 17-18. There he will present a victory plan.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to a press conference by the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, following a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council.
“We started our EU Council today with a conversation with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga, who informed us about the situation on the battlefield and commented on the elements of the victory plan that President Zelenskyy (Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy - ed.) will present during the next European Council,” Borrell said.
According to him, the discussion also touched upon the issue of promoting and supplementing the Ukrainian peace formula.
Borrell emphasized that Ukraine needs to be strengthened politically and militarily to force Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to start negotiations. But such a prospect of dialogue “is very remote.”
“We believe that peace should not be confused with capitulation,” the EU diplomat added.-
