The Stavka discussed the actual involvement of North Korea in the war

Russia plans to actually involve North Korea in the war in Ukraine this winter. A number of other countries are investing in prolonging the war.

According to RBC-Ukraine, this was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his evening address.

According to Zelenskyy, he and the Foreign Intelligence Service and the GUR discussed Russian plans for a war in Ukraine this winter.

“In fact, the involvement of North Korea in the war. Also, Russia's relations with some other countries, which, unfortunately, are investing in prolonging the war,” Zelenskyy said.

The President noted that the foreign policy direction remains important. In particular, Ukraine's relations with partners and possible steps that can help defend and achieve results.

“I am grateful to the intelligence service and all the specialists involved for the full picture. In response, I gave specific tasks to the Defense Forces, the Security Forces, the government and our diplomats. No matter who is helping Russia, we will respond as harshly as necessary to protect Ukraine. We will also work with our partners to ensure that Russia's intentions do not work,” the President emphasized.
