On the evening of November 11, Russian troops launched two attacks on Kharkiv. The occupiers fired a ballistic missile and a Grom-1E hybrid missile.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram of Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov.
According to him, the strikes hit two districts of the city - Kholodnohirsky and Novobavarsky.
There is no information about the victims at the moment. The places of arrival are being examined by the relevant services.
“Preliminary, the city was struck by a ballistic missile and a Grom-1E hybrid missile,” Terekhov said.
Russia first presented the Grom in 2015, showing two modifications of this weapon:
The Grom-E1 variant was equipped with a jet engine;
“Grom-E2 had an additional warhead at that time.-
The munition itself is positioned as a hybrid of a missile and a cruise missile based on the X-38. In particular, its maximum range is up to 120 kilometers.
