Putin has always been waiting for a transition period in the US

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin may take advantage of the US transition period. Therefore, European countries need to step up assistance to Ukraine now.
This was stated by German Foreign Minister Annalena Burbock, RBC-Ukraine reports citing Le Monde.
“We don't have time to wait for spring, now is the transition period that Putin has always been waiting for after the US election results,” the official emphasized.
According to her, everything Europe can offer to support Ukraine “should be mobilized now.” In particular, this refers to strengthening Ukraine's air defense against the backdrop of a significant increase in Russian drone attacks.
“The war has reached a new level... it is now an all-out air war,” Burbock said.-
She expressed her hope that Germany would be able to increase its budgetary spending to help Ukraine to “at least cover the basic needs of Ukrainian defense, especially with regard to drone defense.”
