Putin says he is ready for ‘discussions’ with Trump

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has admitted the possibility of negotiations with Donald Trump, who won the US election. But he has not called him yet.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Kremlin leader's speech at the Valdai discussion club.
The dictator said that he ‘does not consider it inappropriate’ to call Trump. But he does not do so, allegedly because ‘the leaders of Western countries have suddenly stopped calling him.’
Against this backdrop, Putin was asked whether he was ready to ‘have discussions with Trump’.
‘We are ready,’ the Kremlin leader replied.
