Putin signs updated Russian nuclear doctrine

The Russian Federation (RF) has updated its nuclear doctrine. Dictator Vladimir Putin signed a corresponding decree.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Russian legal information portal.
According to the Russian online media outlet Meduza, according to the updated doctrine, the grounds for a nuclear strike may include
- aggression against Russia, as well as its allies, by any non-nuclear state with the support of a nuclear state;
- a massive air attack by non-nuclear means, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
