On the night of November 12, the Russian army conducted several air strikes in Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of the attack, people were trapped in a high-rise building.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram of the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov.
He said that at 04:15 explosions were heard in the region. Monitoring channels wrote that at that moment the activity of enemy aircraft was recorded.
Later, at 06:19, Fedorov confirmed the information that the strikes were carried out by enemy aircraft.
“The Russians conducted several air strikes. They hit residential buildings in Zaporizhzhia and Vasylkiv districts,” he wrote.
According to him, two people were trapped in a high-rise building as a result of the attack. As of the time of his post, a rescue operation was underway.
Fedorov also added that the extent of the damage is being investigated.
As a reminder, last night Russia carried out three air strikes in Zaporizhzhia. One person was killed and nine people were wounded in the attack. Among the wounded were three children - 4, 15 and 17 years old.
