On June 21, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Vasyl Zvarych from the post of Ukraine's ambassador to Poland and appointed him ambassador to the Czech Republic.
This is evidenced by decrees published on the website of the Presidential Office.
By the first decree, Zelensky dismissed Vasyl Zvarych from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Poland, and by the second, he appointed him head of the Ukrainian diplomatic mission to the Czech Republic.
Vasyl Zvarych was appointed Ambassador to Poland in early February 2022.
Prior to that, he served as Director of the Second Territorial Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Deputy Director of the Information Policy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland.
