The administration of current US President Joe Biden plans to “urgently” send the remaining $6 billion to help Ukraine. This is to be done before the inauguration of Donald Trump on January 20, 2025.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Politico national security reporter Jack Dech on the social network X.
“Joe Biden's administration plans to send the last $6 billion remaining to support security in Ukraine 'urgently' before Donald Trump's inauguration,” the journalist said.
According to him, the White House decided to take such a step because after Trump takes office, the supply of weapons to Ukraine may be suspended.
