In the official programme, Zelenskyy spoke second after Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and before French President Emmanuel Macron.
Orban's and Macron's speeches were broadcast and posted separately online, while the Ukrainian president's speech was not broadcast or published by the organisers, Radio Liberty claims.
A Hungarian representative of the event organisers told reporters that Zelenskyy's speech was allegedly ‘not public’, but the video was passed on to his team.
Instead, representatives of the Ukrainian authorities contacted by Radio Liberty called this statement false.
