Modified FAB-500s bombs can reach any point of Kharkiv
The Russian occupation forces began attacking Kharkiv with modified FAB-500 guided aerial bombs that could reach any part of the city.
This was stated by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, during a telethon.
He emphasized that these FAB-500 guided aerial bombs, which the Russians initially used only in the Kupyansk direction, have now been modified for use against Kharkiv. Currently, these bombs can cover a distance of up to 80 kilometers and reach any point in the city.
"The air raids that we have been hearing for almost 12 or 16 hours are all real," he said.
Over the last day, 32 guided aerial bombs were dropped on Kharkiv alone.
As a reminder, Russian occupation forces struck Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. A child was rescued from the rubble. Six people are known to have been injured. Among them: an eight-year-old boy, a 74-year-old woman, and a 75-year-old man. All of them are hospitalized.
