In Ukraine, 500 children have died as a result of Russian aggression. More than a thousand more minors have been injured.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine concerning the Prosecutor General's Office.
According to law enforcement officials, more than 1597 children have been injured in Ukraine as a result of Russia's full-scale armed aggression: 500 children were killed and more than 1,097 were injured of varying severity.
"These figures are not final. Work is underway to establish them in the areas of hostilities, in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories," the statement said.
Most children were injured in Donetsk region - 485, Kharkiv - 298, Kyiv - 129, Kherson - 118, Zaporizhzhia - 99, Mykolaiv - 97, Dnipro - 94, Chernihiv - 71, Luhansk - 67.
