72 combat engagements took place in the frontline over the last day

Over the past day, the Defense Forces had 72 combat engagements with the enemy in the frontline.

To quote: "Yesterday, the Russian occupants launched another air strike on Ukraine, using 18 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs. Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 16 attack UAVs. Last night, the enemy attacked our country again with a Shahed-136/131 UAV. Information on the consequences of this terrorist attack is currently being clarified."

Details: Over the last day, 72 combat engagements took place. In total, the enemy launched 12 missiles and 47 air strikes and fired 38 times from multiple launch rocket systems at Ukrainian troops' positions and localities.

In the area of responsibility of the "North" Joint Forces Command on the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of our troops to threatened areas, and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia Joint Forces Operation Center in the Kupyansk sector, the enemy conducted assault operations in the areas of Synkivka and Petropavlivka in the Kharkiv region, where Ukrainian soldiers repelled four attacks.
