An explosion occurred in Kharkiv, an "arrival" in the region

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram channel of Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov.
"An explosion was heard in Kharkiv. Be careful," Terekhov wrote on social media.
It is worth noting that the air alert in Kharkiv and the region was announced at 8:37 a.m.
The Air Force warned of the threat of Russian ballistic missile use in the Kharkiv region.
Updated at 11:25 a.m.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said that at about 10:35 a.m. the occupiers struck at the open territory of the Kharkiv district.
According to him, there is no information about the victims yet.
