Austin on future Rammstein: We’ll support Ukraine as long as necessary

Germany will host a meeting of the Contact Group on Ukrainian defense in the Rammstein format next week with the participation of about 50 states.
This is reported with reference to the statement of the head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, during a press conference in Washington.
The meeting will primarily discuss what Kyiv needs most right now and what is needed to succeed in the future.
"We will support Ukraine as long as it is necessary, and from everything I see from our allies and partners, they feel the same way. So, we remain united in our efforts," the U.S. Secretary of Defense emphasized.
As a reminder, the next meeting of Ukraine's defense partners in the Rammstein format will be held on January 20.
