"The two young Ukrainians first arrived in Tyrol as part of assistance to Ukraine and were placed in a children's and youth institution. According to the information we have, an employee of the European Ombudsman Institute, who also works in the Office of the Ombudsman of the Land of Tyrol, was involved in the case," said Herbert Forster, director of the Land Office.
