Company of occupants liquidated near Bakhmut
Russian occupiers continue to "focus their efforts on conducting offensive actions" in the Bakhmut sector in the Donetsk region. This was succinctly stated by the spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the report for the first eighteen hours on December 24.
At the same time, he named the settlements in this area of the front, where the enemy fired from tanks, mortars, cannons and rocket artillery: Spirne, Berestove, Vesele, Yakovlivka, Soledar, Paraskoviyivka, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, Opytne, Stupochky, Klishchiyivka, Bila Hora, Diliyivka, Kleban-Byk, Ozaryanivka.
In his turn, the spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Cherevaty gave some details about the last day. On December 23, the enemy struck near Bakhmut about 225 times. At least 28 close fights were recorded. More than ninety occupants (almost a company) were killed, more than a hundred (more than a company) were wounded. That's two companies in total.
