A trilateral meeting with the participation of the foreign ministers of Armenia Azerbaijan and Germany has begun in Berlin.
This was reported by Radio Azatutyun with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting was attended by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, and German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock.
Prior to that, the Azerbaijani and Armenian delegations met, as well as held separate bilateral meetings with Baerbock.
The ministerial meeting was announced after trilateral talks between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, mediated by Chancellor Olaf Scholz. This meeting took place on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
At the same time, it was reported that a meeting of the commissions on the demarcation of the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan was being prepared.
