France's special envoy for reconstruction arrives in Ukraine again

Pierre Heilbronn, France's special envoy for aid and reconstruction, has arrived in Ukraine.
He announced this on his Twitter account.
On the evening of July 9, Heilbrunn wrote that he had come to Ukraine again and was with Ukraine and its people after 500 days of systematic destruction.
The official said that during the meetings he would discuss Ukraine's transformation and reforms with partners in the EU and the Group of Seven, as well as numerous projects in areas such as healthcare, critical infrastructure, modern technology, etc.
