On the afternoon of June 18, Russians shelled the village of Lyptsi, Kharkiv region, using mortars. A 35-year-old locals was wounded. Residential buildings and cars were damaged.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
In addition, Kupyansk came under Russian fire. Damage was recorded to private households, outbuildings, and cars of the townspeople.
Law enforcement officers have launched pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Investigative and prosecutorial teams have documented the consequences of Russia's armed aggression.
