"As of August 4, the website "Poteri.NET" contains information about 61431 identified occupiers who died on the territory of Ukraine."

Visitors to the site from the territory of Russia can check whether the data of their loved ones is contained in this database.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs' project "Losses.NET" was implemented in cooperation with the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, in particular, the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War (the "I Want to Live" project) and the National Police.

The project aims to counteract Kremlin narratives by providing objective data on Russian losses in the war.
