The Kremlin has said that Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to the Group of Twenty summit in India this year is not ruled out.

This was reported by Interfax.

When asked whether Putin might attend the summit, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said: "This cannot be ruled out. Russia continues to participate fully in the work of the G20".
"It intends to continue to do so. But no decision has been made yet," he added.

The G20 Foreign Ministers' Summit was held in New Delhi on March 1-2. It was attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
