Kuleba had a phone conversation with the Philippine Foreign Minister

Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba had a telephone conversation with his Philippine counterpart, Enrique Manalo. The politicians discussed strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
“During our telephone conversation, Enrique Manalo and I discussed ways to strengthen the promising bilateral relations between Ukraine and the Philippines. We also talked about our cooperation in international organizations,” the Foreign Minister said in a statement.
Kuleba added that Ukraine is interested in further deepening ties with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and seeks to become a partner of the Assembly in the sectoral dialogue.
